Typically, delivery fees start at C$7.99 in Canada, C$10.99 in the United States and C$14.99 in the selected International destinations. If your package is overweight or your shipping address is a remote address, your delivery fee will change.

 

Selected International Destinations includes: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

a. Procurement: The majority of the products available on Sensual Trends are procured on behalf of our users directly from their manufacturer and from their place of origin. Sensual Trends acts as an intermediary in this procurement process, facilitating the purchase but not directly handling or owning the products.

 

b. Third-party Involvement: Once products are procured, third-party service providers are engaged for packaging, logistics, and shipping. Sensual Trends does not have direct control over these third-party entities and their operational procedures.

 

c. User Acknowledgment: By using Sensual Trends's services, users acknowledge and accept that multiple entities are involved in the procurement and shipping process, each with its own operational nuances.、

 

 

2. local warehousing and shipping:

a. Local Product Storage: A select range of products on Sensual Trends may be stored and managed in local warehouses or distribution centers for expedited delivery. The product page will be clearly marked. If there is no indication, the contents of the first clause above will apply.

 

b. Shipping Process: These locally stored products are processed, packaged, and shipped directly from these local facilities, which may lead to different processing and shipping durations compared to products procured directly from their origin.

 

 

3. shipping timeframes, delays, and user acceptance:

a. Estimated Shipping Durations: Due to the dual nature of our shipping processes (origin direct and local shipping), shipping durations provided are best estimates and not binding guarantees. P.O. Box addresses, or some remote areas require additional shipping time. Please note that some P.O. Box addresses cannot be delivered. In this case, we will contact you.

 

b. Factors Influencing Shipping: Actual delivery times may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to product availability, customs clearances, third-party service provider efficiency, transportation disruptions, and local postal service operations.

 

c. No Claims for Delays: Users expressly agree that they will not hold Sensual Trends  accountable for shipping delays, irrespective of the cause. Users understand that estimated delivery times are non-binding and that Sensual Trends shall not be subject to claims, financial or otherwise, due to shipment delays.

 

d. No Refused to Accept the Delivery: Customers are required to accept packages in all cases. If, upon arrival, the customer finds that the outer package of the parcel is severely damaged, please point this out to the delivery person in person and ask him/her to note the damage to the parcel in the system. If the package is not signed for in person, please take a video of the package without unsealing it and report it to us. Please do not refused package if the package is no damage. Once the parcel is refused without damage or reasonable grounds, the logistics provider will consider the parcel has been successfully delivered but the customer refuses to accept it, in which case the logistics provider may discard the parcel. We are unable to arrange a refund. The customer will assume all consequences of the refusal to accept the package.

a. Customs Processing and Duties: Products procured directly from their place of origin and shipped internationally may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and taxes as mandated by the destination country.

User Obligations: It is the user's responsibility to be informed about, and handle, any customs-related obligations, including but not limited to the payment of duties, taxes, and providing necessary documentation. Users are solely responsible for all customs duties and taxes. Failure to clear customs or pay the necessary duties and taxes may result in the loss, destruction, or return of the shipment.

 

c. Loss Due to Customs Non-clearance: Sensual Trends disclaims any responsibility for losses incurred due to a user's failure to clear customs or pay the necessary duties and taxes. If a shipment is lost, destroyed, or returned due to non-clearance, Sensual Trends will not be held liable, and no refunds or compensations will be provided.

 

d. Shipping Restrictions: Certain products may be subject to international shipping restrictions or prohibitions. Users are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can be legally imported into the destination country.

 

 

5. discrepancies, damages, and sensual trends's limited liability:

a. Reporting Protocol: Users are required to inspect their shipments upon receipt. Any discrepancies, such as missing items, damaged products, or incorrect items, must be reported to Sensual Trends's customer service within a specified timeframe, typically within 2 days of receipt.

 

c. Resolution Process: Sensual Trends will endeavour to address valid discrepancies by liaising with the third-party service providers or sellers involved. However, solutions may vary based on the nature of the discrepancy and third-party policies.

 

d. Limitation of Liability: Sensual Trends's liability in relation to shipping is strictly limited to the role of facilitator. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or losses incurred due to shipping issues, including but not limited to delays, lost shipments, or damaged products.
