Packaging will usually be completed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Your package will then begin to enter the distribution system. At this time you will receive your tracking number. If your package needs to be forwarded, you can see on the order page that the product has been fulfilled and is in transit. Once the package arrives at the final delivery carrier, usually Canada Post or USPS, you will receive an updated tracking number for your package.

Estimated arrival time for regular merchandise is usually 1-3 weeks depends on your address, and you will usually receive it within 5-15 business days. You can track the delivery of your products on the order details page in your account page. Or you can track you package here

If your address is in a remote area or a PO Box is provided, your package will be forwarded to Canada Post or USPS for delivery. This will cause some additional delays.

Please be aware that your package may be subject to random inspection by Canadian or US Customs. We cannot predict how long it will take during customs and this time is not part of our calculated time frame.
