Unfortunately, refunds will not be available for the 1-month membership program or free membership plan. Your membership benefits will end on the original plan expiration date. 

If you join a 3 or 6month plan, we will deduct the time you have used on a monthly basis at the original price and refund the remainder of your payment.

For example, if you join our 1-month membership program on April 1 and you cancel your membership on April 20, your membership benefits will expire on April 30th. In this case, you will not be able to get a refund. But your membership will not be renewal on May 1. 

If you joined our 6-month membership program on April 5 and you cancel your membership on June 20, your membership benefits will end on July 5. In this case, we will deduct 3 months of membership at the original price of $7.95 per month and refund the remaining amount of $16.10 ($39.95 - $7.95*3 ) to you. 3-month membership plans also refer to this way of calculating the refund.
